Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 4-5 business days. This depends on location.
We use NZPost and send a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. Contact us if you have a special delivery request. Local duties and taxes are not included.

If your order tracking shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately. If your item was delivered by USPS, contact your local post office for more information.

We love sending your gifts and are happy to wrap and add a hand-written note. Add your card message to the 'Notes' section of your order or email hello@fufu.co.nz.

If you want to return an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 7 days of delivery, email hello@fufu.co.nz and reference your order number. Once the product is received, we will refund the purchase amount less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

We will only accept returns if the labels and original packaging are intact and in a resellable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds for returned goods will be issued within 7 days of the return of the product to the original credit card. For any further questions about returns and exchanges, email hello@fufu.co.nz.
